Pilates and Yoga complement each other perfectly. Strength and flexibility are tough to balance. With Yoga improving flexibility and Pilates strengthening the core, we can attain that balance; keep healthy, fit, strong and happy.
At Essence Studio we offer Pilates and Yoga in a small studio setting, with class numbers limited to 8 participants per class to ensure that our instructors give you the attention you need.
We believe that movement is vital to wellbeing and pride ourselves in making sure that we offer classes suitable for various abilities from our Gentle Flow Pilates which has quite a gathering at Basil and Blue on a Wednesday morning for their post Pilates Lattes. Our Restorative Yoga class which is fabulous for people with busy minds who find it hard to turn off to our more dynamic classes like Pilates Sculpt and Barre for those wanting a slightly more challenging workout.
All of our instructors are passionate about what they do and we think this passion shows in their teaching style.
